Voltage Controlled Filter SSM2044P

At this circuit the SSM2044 IC is used, a 4 pole voltage controlled filter designed for electronic music applications. On-chip voltage control of resonance allows direct and easy interfacing with programmers and controllers. The IC features extended control range, low noise, and high control rejection. The filter can also be used as a low distortion sinewave oscillator...

Very Low Noise Pick-up Preamplifier

The preamplifier was designed to signal sources such as low-impedance moving coil cartridges (MC) on turntables high fidelity (and yet still there). The impedance of the amplifier is 100 W. To keep the noise levels low, three double-type transistors MAT03 SSM2220 or linked together to form a differential amplifier. Connecting this amp in front of an operand (OR27) is reduced to very low levels in noise input of the latter. The connections of the bases of the amplifier's.....

AVR Programmer (AT90S2313)

The ATMEL, with family AVR, was consolidated in the field of microcontrollers. The microcontrollers are, providing fast core and a variety of peripherals. These features continue to occupy the attention of engineers and earn their preference. The developer will see, it accepts all models of the family of AVR. It is an excellent tool that stands out for its high performance and simplicity in handling. To develop, based on the record of AVR, the AVRDONGLE.PDF. If someone.....

PIC16CS4 Programmer

Most of you will certainly already installed on your computer one of the many software tools move freely from hand to hand and is suitable for programming the PIC 16C84. One of the most popular of this kind is the RIR02 of Silicon Studios. The circuit described below, is perhaps the simplest PIC programmer that can work seamlessly with the program RIR02. This guide allows RIR02 communication with the programmer, through the parallel port (Centronics). ..

no image available Circuit gang-programs EEPROMs over I2C bus

You use the fully controlled circuit in Figure 1 to parallel-program two-wire serial EEPROMs via the I2C bus. Gang programmers must address all memory devices during a write operation. To verify the memory contents, however, the system must address only one memory at a time during read operations. Therefore, the system in Figure 1 addresses the memory devices either in parallel or one at a time. Information transfer between devices connected to the I2C bus system requires.....

PC Temperature Meter

This is a four-channel temperature measurmet adapter that works without external power supply. It will suitable for measureing temperature and logging its data with a PC. The circuit diagram is very simple and no adjustment is required, everybody will able to build it with ease. I chose an Atmel ATtiny15L for this project. It is the only device that has a built-in 10bit A-D converter in the 8 pin AVRs. The A-D converter has a bandgap reference and differencial amplifire.....

8 channel LCD Teperature meter ( RS232 - AT90S2313 )

This is the fully featured, jammed packed temperature readout unit. I can measure temperature from up at 8 DS1820 digital temperature sensors all on the same 1-wire bus. That's right only 3 wires are needed to go to all the temperature sensors, GND, VCC and 1-wire data. All sensors will connect to the same cable! Anyone who has used the DS1820's will know that each DS1820 sensor will have a 48bit serial number that is used to address the sensors. With this unit the.....

no image available Mechanically Scanned LED Clock

This is the first clock I ever built. I`ve built a few LED signs, but they get boring because I already know the message. How this clock works: A motor spins the "propeller", and a small microprocessor keeps track of time and changes the pattern on seven LEDs with exact timing to simulate a 7 by 30 array of LEDs. It is an illusion, but it works nicely. If you want to build this clock, you will need a few things, including: Skill with motors and mechanical things......

Networking Security System (ATmega16L)

TCP based security system using the Ethernet module offered within the contest , an ATmega16L microcontroller , a PIR as a sensor and few other peripheral devices , which is specially targeted for homes and small business owners. I have used through for my final design a combination of the WIZ810MJ module , an ATmega16L microcontroller , a 7.3728 MHz crystal (compatible with my bootloader programmer), a DS1302 timekeeper , a PIR to sense the human movement through the body.....

no image available Simple MIDI interface tester

I designed a simple sinewave generator based on a Analog Devices AD9832 chip. It will generate a sinewave from 0.005 to 12 MHz in 0.005 Hz steps. That`s pretty good, and definitely good enough for me ! But while waiting for the AD9832 chip to arrive, I came up with a very simple version of the DDS synth, using just the 2313 and a resistor network. It`s controlled over RS232 from a small Windows program, and can generate Sine-, Sawtooth-, Trangle- and Sqare-waves ranging.....

no image available F84-Programmer

I finally found a very nice universal window based software designed to work with any serial programmers for PIC16F84, i.e., WPicProg16 V1.20, written by Nigel Goodwin. Build this programmer before started experimenting the forthcoming many interesting F84 projects. Some PIC programmers can be used for in circuit programing, some provide many PIC chips including eeprom, say. The F84-Programmer, however is suitable for beginners. It`s so simple and cheap...

no image available Simple GAL Programmer

It`s very easy! This is a simple GAL programmer that hobbyists will able to use the GAL very easy. Building costs are less than 1/10 of cheaper GAL programmers. This is good for parsonal use. And added an optional function to program to the Microchip`s PIC with using a socket converter...

no image available EPROM Programmer Mk2

This design was never completely finished, so consider it to be in the very early experimental stage. I don`t sell kits, programmed PLD`s, or provide support for this project, and I will never be published. But if you want to take a bash at making it yourself, be my guest, it may or may not work, I guarantee nothing. Try it at your own risk...

Wireless Lan for AVR microcontrollers

The page is about equipping an Atmel AVR microcontroller based system with a Prism WLAN interface. This document is intended for people that already have experiences with the AVR microcontrollers and teaches them how to add a cheap but flexible WLAN interface to your AVR projects. At least two other approaches exist to accomplish this. Both of them are using the similar Prism chip based WLAN cards. But none of these projects is fully documented nor fully working. The.....
