This tiny toll will convert teletext visual data used on S51KQ CGENxx/ATVRC/TTX & DG9MHZ VTencoder (*.ATV) in to *.TT files used on OBW teletext encoder, and back. To compile *.ATV files in to *.TT file run compiler, select Page&Sub numbers for output file, open source ATV file, select name & destination of output TT file and press OK. All additional page data adjust manualy in OBW`s TT editor. To compile *.TT file in to *.ATV file: run compiler, open source TT file, select name & destination of output ATV file and press OK. All additional page data including page/sub number adjust manualy in DG9MHZ`s VTeditor.TTXcross package runs under Win3.1x/95/98/ME/2000.
