Microphone pre-amp

Posted on Sep 1, 2012

This circuit is used to give out a microphone preamp to a amplifier which will power the signal. The NPN transistors used are ECG123A. This circuit is also a older model to the one that now use IC's, but dont worry this will still work fine.

It's output is as clean as a whistle. Remember the output cannot drive a speaker because is a preamplifier and only an amplifier can give an output for speaker. Any microphone can be used here. If you want you can put a LED light at the 12Volt input, but don't forget to put a 470k resistor in seties.
