An electric scooter and E-Bike PWM speed controller circuit has been constructed. However, the oscillator is not functioning as intended. The printed circuit board has been checked and is confirmed to be in good condition, including all resistors.

The electric scooter and E-Bike PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) speed controller circuit is designed to regulate the speed of the motor by varying the width of the pulses sent to it. The circuit typically includes an oscillator, which generates a square wave signal that controls the switching element, usually a MOSFET or IGBT, allowing for efficient power delivery to the motor.
