There are two methods to counteract the effects of gravity using electromagnetic forces:
1. The first method involves a rotating magnetic field combined with a radial current flow. The resulting force is directed according to the vector cross product of velocity (v), magnetic field (B), and charge (q), which in the configuration depicted in Figure 1, points out of the page. This electron flow, or negative current, can be achieved by employing a conducting disk or a donut-shaped container that holds a conductive fluid or gas. The transverse magnetic field can be generated using windings around the donut container.
2. The second method utilizes a radial magnetic field along with a rotating current. The current can be established using a metallic disk or a conductive fluid or gas within a donut-shaped container. A metallic disk can be rotated, similar to the operation of Arago's disk.

The Vril Triebwerk is illustrated in Figure 3. The positive top attracts free electrons and channels them into the vortex chamber, which is where the rotating body (Drehkörper) is located. By regulating the speed of the vortex, the velocity of lift can be adjusted. Electromagnets (EMs) are arranged such that their magnetic fields are perpendicular to the plates, causing the plates to rotate in a clockwise direction. The rotation of ionized particles creates a vortex in the Aether. Additionally, a secondary steerable vortex is employed for navigation, which is presumed to be provided by the Glocke.

The described apparatus harnesses electromagnetic principles to generate forces that can counteract gravity. A secondary steerable vortex is used for steering.
