The system comprises an AT89C52 microcontroller, a signal detection circuit, a reset circuit, a telephone number storage circuit, a ringing detection circuit, a simulated off-hook mechanism, and a dialing circuit with a speech output. The structured flowchart of the system is illustrated in Figure 1. The DTMF code transmitted via the telephone line is preset in the CPU, allowing for easy storage of the telephone number by the user. This number can be configured as needed, accommodating various types of telephone systems, including urban program-controlled phones and mobile phones. As depicted in Figure 2, when the signal detection circuit identifies an intrusion, it sends a triggering signal, which serves as the alarm signal. This signal is processed and amplified by the CPU, which then initiates a delay period. If the host is present, the reset circuit can be activated to initialize the system for a predetermined duration; otherwise, the system is programmed to contact law enforcement.
Initially, the CPU checks the output from the ringing current detection circuit. If a high level is detected, it indicates that the subscriber device is ringing, allowing for the off-hook dialing process to commence. A delay is implemented to manage the situation. If a low level is detected, the CPU instructs the simulated off-hook mechanism to dial the stored DTMF telephone number, establishing a connection with the designated recipient. Two scenarios may arise at this point: either the telephone is engaged or ringing. In the first scenario, the system continues to simulate the off-hook state while dialing, followed by a delay. In the case of ringing, once the off-hook state is achieved, the system begins transmitting the signal tone or speech signal, which is recorded and produced by the ISD1420, ultimately concluding the call.
