The injector is based on a single-transistor version of the classic twin-T oscillator circuit. This design was adapted from the ARRL (Amateur Radio Relay League) Handbook. The choice of transistor is non-critical; any small-signal NPN transistor can be used. Additionally, the component values are not crucial and can be modified to achieve different frequency outputs. As constructed, the injector produces approximately a 1 kHz tone with an output of about 1V peak-to-peak.

The transistor type is absolutely non-critical: any small-signal NPN transistor will do. Likewise, component values aren`t crucial, and you can change them for different frequency output if you like.
